Hi, I’m Steve Potter, the founder of CT Property Connections. That’s me in Cape Cod, MA, with my best buddy, Mr. Briggs, an active English Cream Golden Retriever who has a way of making every day a little better.
I created CT Property Connections to help Connecticut property owners, real estate investors, private lenders, cash buyers, contractors, and local real estate professionals connect around off-market property opportunities throughout the state.
Over the years, I’ve worked with homeowners, business owners, contractors, investors, and people going through major property-related decisions. One thing I’ve learned is that real estate situations are not always simple. Sometimes a property has costly repairs.
